At Faith & Flow, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re here to ensure you love what you receive and feel confident shopping with us. Because many of our items are made-to-order or digital, our return and refund policies vary slightly depending on the product type.
Physical Products (Apparel, Home Goods & Accessories)
Our products are made on demand, especially for you. For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing issue, we’re more than happy to make it right.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements:
- Misprinted or incorrect item
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective manufacturing
What we need: Please email help@faithandflow.shop with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A short description
We’ll respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Wrong size or color chosen by customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Package returned to sender due to incorrect shipping info
Digital Downloads (Planners, Journals, Devotionals)
All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. Once a file has been downloaded or delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you experience a problem with a file (such as a broken link or technical error), please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If your package is returned due to an address error, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Timeframe to File a Claim
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
